When we provide makeup for photography, we work with all types of makeup to offer comprehensive service. When applying makeup, regardless of the type, we enhance it much more than usual since the lights wash out the makeup, and if we didn’t, the work done would not be visible in the photographs.
The photo shoots can be outdoors or indoors. Outdoors, they can be done in different locations such as the city, mountains, beach, etc., while indoors we usually conduct them in photography studios. We always base our approach on the type of photography the client requests. For example, if she needs photos for an agency or very professional images, we normally conduct them in a studio, as we would for close-up shots. When we do more fantasy-style, editorial, or creative shoots, we can do them outdoors as we will have many more options for creativity. Whenever we work for clients, we have a makeup artist, photographer, and almost always a stylist who helps us coordinate outfits and ensure everything is perfect.

Using darker colors for the complete makeup, shimmer can also be used, as we have mentioned, since for evening or party makeup, it is used much more frequently. As I mentioned previously, the makeup will be completely personalized based on the person’s needs and preferences. There are people who work at night and often use this type of makeup, or people who have an event. If it is someone who has never worn such dark colors and is looking for more defined makeup, in this case we will use them but adapted to her so that she feels comfortable and at ease with the makeup applied.
